Can a 100% holding compnay employee sign the document of the subsidary company i.e. Invoice, Letters exchanges between company with vendor or customer

If he has the proper authorisation,he can do it.

But if the company is not given any specific authorisation of his any employee and still the employees are signing these documents then what will be the implication ? Is it violation of law ?
