The Rights of Your Uncle and after his death his wife, are that they can sell their proerty however your father will have preference to purcahse his share also .Your Uncles Wife becomes Successor to her husband / Your Uncle . She can not sell the property during the life time of her husband

During lifetime of your uncle, his wife not entitled to will/donate/sale to any one unless it is stridhan, she can only enjoy the property.

After your uncle's death, uncle's wife becomes class-I legal heir, entitled the entire property, with absolute rights, if there is no will/gift deeds by your uncle.

Now you are not supposed to do any thing. but you may have a preference to purchase from your uncle's wife, while she sell the property.
