(Querist) 19 June 2020 This query is : Resolved
If all staff mambers Abusing in murmuring word's to a devorcee woman in a gov college with a specific immoral reason or object. In this mental torched condition -there is no witness or evidence in her favour.can she take any legal action.
Raj Kumar Makkad (Expert) 19 June 2020
Yes. First of all she should make a written complaint in the departmental sexual harassment committee. In all the offices, such committee is mandatory to be constituted. It might be in your office also. If not then make such complaint to head of the office and if not satisfied then to superior officer and still not then to concerned police station. Sole deposition is also sufficient if circumstances so warrant.
Dr J C Vashista (Expert) 20 June 2020
Every one in the college is not against such divorcee woman employee as stated by you. You are required to create and collect evidences / witnesses to any such allegation for which you want to complain.

Lodge complaint with the local sexual harassment committee of the college / college principal.

May lodge police complaint / complaint to higher officials if no result.
Dr J C Vashista (Expert) 21 June 2020
Why do you repeat same story time and again ?
If you are not satisfied with the opinion and advise of experts provided to you FREE OF COST, an obligation, it would be appropriate to consult a local prudent lawyer for proper analyses, professional guidance and necessary proceedings.
