Sir

I am an Accounts Manager in a BPO Company.
How is double pay calculated for a National Holiday worked.
Suppose the Gross pay for an employee is Rs 10000.What will be his double pay.?

Ji, to me, suppose your pay is Rs.500/- per day (your only pay is Rs.15,000/- per month) your double pay is Rs.1,000/-.
