Recently in January i got married. But after i found her message from her ex or i don't but texts in message seems he is her lover . They are discussing about how we had sex. She is saying to him tha isse nahi hoga and her life become hell. I am just confused what should i do. I thought may i am wrong i am pleasing him the way she want. So i am giving here chocolate having good time where she is laughing having everything sorted but on the other i check. her phone i found their conversation (conversation is not old it mostly yesterday or today). Still she js taking with him . And even she has a new number and i found other guy messaging her and she kept him in archive on WhatsApp. But I read her messages. He is talking in lover type and she is replying..
I know here phone password and she dont know about it because i always react like i dont know.
Please i need experts help for this because i am generously working for my career for my dads business and after listening the condition of indian court and i am little.
Please help me.

I recently sold my very old house located in Mumbai Girgaon and done registration in Prabhadevi but during registration I figured out the sale deed was in regional language and due to which I didn't understood it properly but still I signed on those hence how can I get those documents back to read and see if those were correct? Also is sale deed is prepared in regional format?

Respected sir While pursuing MBA (Regular mode) in the first year, I applied for the exam of Junior Assistant in Public Sector Undertaking on degree basis and got selected for the post, and I was assigned to the duty.
Now can I continue my pending MBA Regular exams during my duty by taking leave on personal reasons during examination time because didn't take permission from the company
My thought is that if I complete an MBA, I want to apply for jobs on an MBA basis in other public sector undertakings as a fresher; is my MBA valid in other public sector undertakings as a fresher?

My father got expired in feb 2022 he got agriculture land on his name. We are one brother and two sister. We had applied to transfer the land on all three of us name as mother expired along ago with all the necessary documents
The property is in Rajasthan i live in Mumbai sisters are in delhi the Tahsildar of Rajasthan said I will write a letter to rahilsdar mumbai after all enquiry will transfer the land to ur name. Now the tahilsadar of Mumbai is asking for succession letter.
Succession letter is compulsory?
What is the alternative and other ways to get property on our name because succession is long process and expensive

In 2020 my father in Law (Buyer) purchased a property a residential house in Repalle , Guntur District in Andhra Pradesh.
The seller sold this property to buyer stating that I lost the property document and i have filed FIR and registration done with Certified copy. In Encumbrance certificate also there was no mortgage in this property and it was clear.
One month back Tata Capital home financer Manger visited the property and claiming that this property belongs to Tata capital and seller has taken the loan in 2017 . When I ask the Financer to show the evidence of mortgage registration he denied to show.
Recently they came and attested the possession notice UNDER (securitization and reconstruction of financial assets and enforcement of security interest act 2002) Section 13(12).
Your suggestion/Advices to proceed

If the person was a previous treasurer and there was a reaudit where the audit mentions funds worth approx 33 lacs are miss represented. The society is pushing for section 88. Can the society decline the person associate membership. He does not. Hold membership in the flat. His wife and son are joint owners. Can they still nominate him as associate member? They are both abled bodies.
