There is a transfer of flat from my mother name to my name(son) with Gift deed, now society demands Apendix 20 (1,2) 21/22 and 23 along with gift deed,
is it mandatory?

Dear Sirs
We are a Charitable Organisation working among people with disabilities in Karnataka, we have various service departments among which Physical Medical and Rehabilitation is one of them, which provides physiotherapy, surgeries, etc without any charges. Now, we wanted to have a clinic in the city that will be running under the trust and would like to charge a small fee for the services like, physiotherapy, consultation, etc. Though the said services are primary objectives of the trust, do we need to take permission to run the clinic or physiotherapy, or is it ok to run without registration as it is part of the objectives of the organization?
Appreciate your kind guidance in this matter.

डिअर सर मैं और मेरे भाई एक साथ जमीन खरीदे रजिस्ट्री की और उसी पर ईट भट्ठा संचालन हेतु ईट भट्टा बनवाया गया और फर्म का रजिस्ट्रेशन कराया गया जिसका टिन नंबर भी मिला और फर्म का नाम रखा गया उस घर में में मैं उनका पार्टनर था लेकिन उस वक्त मैं छोटा था मैं दूसरी जगह पढ़ रहा था यह बात सन 2000 की है 2003 तक पार्टनरशिप चलती रही लेकिन इन्होंने मुझे बिना बताए पता नहीं कब और कैसे मुझे पार्टनरशिप से हटा दिया फर्म से लेकिन मैं यह बात नहीं जान पाया आज 20 साल बाद जो मुझे इस बात का पता चला तो मैं उनके पास गया और अपने बिजनेस में पार्टनरशिप की मांग करने लगा तो उन्होंने मुझे डांट कर भगा दिया बोला आप का कोई हक नहीं है तो कहने का मकसद ही है सर क्या कानूनी रूप से मैं अभी भी उस फार्म का पार्टनरशिप बन सकता हूं क्या कानूनी रूप से मैं उस फर्म के लिए दावा कर सकता हूं कि फर्म ने पिछले 20 सालों में जितनी भी कमाई की और उसका वैसे जितनी भी प्रॉपर्टी खरीदी गई उस पर मेरा हक किसी तरीके से बन सकता है एक खास बात की आज भी जो वह ईट भट्ठा बना हुआ है वह हम दोनों की जमीन पर ही बना हुआ है हमारी खरीद ही जमीन पर ही बना हुआ है आपसे जानना चाहते हैं कि इस तरह की मदद के लिए कहां जाना पड़ेगा और कैसे मुझे मदद मिल पाएगी अगर अच्छी सलाह मिल पाएगी

My parents are both senior citizens and I haven't bought any medical insurance for them but I spends a good amount every year for their medical expenses and health check-ups. These expenses are however not hospital bills or hospitalisation expenses. These include regular medicines bought from Pharmacy and normal lab-test like blood-test, X-ray etc done every year. My question is - Can I still show these expenses under "Medical Expenses" and "Preventive Health Checkup" sections of Schedule 80D, even though they are not hospital bills or hospitalisation expenses? Thanks for your advise in advance.

Society committee dissolution / new committee formation
I am member of housing society in Mumbai, total 20 members are there in society.
In March,2020, Secretary sold his flat and shifted and resigned.
After two months, Chairman/Treasurer resigned due to ill health but continue to sign cheque for mandatory payment of society.
The four committee members are willing to continue to carry on the society function but they have no power to do any work.
Can we refer to Registrar to regularising the committee by co-opting other members till new notification for election is issued by govt.
We requested Chairman/Treasurer to sign the Balance-sheet which is ready but they have refused nor they are calling
AGM.
You are requested to kindly advise appropriately in the matter which is highly appreciated.
