Can wife impound husband passport through dv case? If yes what is the procedure.
My husband is NRI he had deserted me in India for past 4 years.Dv case,498a is filed against inlaws and husband. Chargesheet is also filed against all accused.Loc was also issued for which he got detained on mumbai airport.
All cases were filed in 2019.From last one year settlement communication is taking place.But opposite party is turning up from their words asking me to first withdraw all cases then they'll sign MOU. My stridhan is also with them,please note that before filing an FIR at my nearest police station.The senior officer took an initiative for settlement between both parties and he ordered my in-laws and husband for 8lcs as settlement.Which was signed in written by my father in law.In police station he agreed for it.later on he denied by saying I'll not give you (me) people. So can I produce that written settlement statement signed by my father in law in court?

What will be long term capital gain tax on property purchased in 1970 and sold in 2021.
My father purchased residential flat at r
Rs 55000.00 in 1971 and I sold the same @ Rd 1.25 cr.
I don't know what will long term capital gain tax. I asked i t lawyer but not getting proper

I am from ahmedabad gujarat, builder is very known business hub
there are total 672 flats in my society, out of this only our new cluster registered under RERA with 96 flats, society formed 1 year ago, builder have allotted parking to 640 flats including our rera building but as stated above i have not purchase hence i have not been provided car parking space however builder has allotted 120 parking to other society in our society premises. Now after taking handover from builder, society accepting and allowing other society who are non members to use our open to sky car space but restricting me stating you dont purchased car space from builder and now we dont have car space to allot you, in case if they have space they will let me know subject to clear it from SGM and ask me ready for 1000 per month as car parking charge if i am lucky and get this through lottery they have mentioned in their reply that in last SGM resolution passed with majority to not allow who has not have car space,
after so many verbal and mail communication finally i had send legal notice to my society but they refused and replied that builder has allotted they have not done any allocation, they want to give allocation but they dont have space now..
non members are enjoying and as registered member i am suffering and receiving such reply from service society against my legal notice to society.
my lawyer has advised me that i cant approach consumer forum for society or cant go to registrar for parking issue.. pls help me and guide again where i can file legal complaint society ..

1. How much of stamp duty do I need to pay?
2. Is the registration of gift deed is compulsory?
My state is Maharashtra. as the stamp duty law vary from state to state.

I am an owner in an apartment association of 24 flats and the association is not registered in Chennai. One of the owners had claimed an expenditure of Rs 12000 proof of which he did not submit. I had rejected this expre with majority support thro email when i was the office bearer. Now the new committee in the last meeting with other members has decided to write it off. One of the committee member now is the one who is claiming the unexpained expenditure. Can I legally proceed against the concerned members?

Kindly advice. .
There is a registered WILL pertaining to the residential immovable property .
Where in it mentions the property has to be equally shared 1/3 each
among the three siblings.
There is no mention of metes and bounds in respect to division /equal sharing.
Hence by self demarcating his 1/3 equal share one of the share holder
sells his share to a third party.
Query ..is this sale Legally valid?

My 4 wheeler met with an accident one back. I loged a claim and leave my vehicle at garage. The owner of the garage took my signature on misc insurance papers for cashless etc etc. After on one I went to garage and pay Rs.35000/- for my part as per the garage. They issued a gate pass after all PDI done. When I start running my car a sign was displayed on the pannel. I informed the same, then they replied that you shound go for allignment and balancing at your place. But when I come near my hosue the vehicle start bubling and the left side side tyre with rim tottaly remove from the car. Then I booked a crane to park my car in safe place. I informed the garage for the same but no result. KINDLY GUIDE WHAT TO DO IN THIS MATTER.

Recording statement u/s161crpc & notice u/s 41a crpc

Can defacto complainant take plea of shoddy investigation and asking for further investigation / private complaint in a situation as under:
Fact of Case in hand:
(a) IO has recorded statement of named accused after 400 days of registration of FIR before final report was forwarded to Magistrate after 600 days?
(b) IO issued notice u/s 41-A CrPC to some of the named accused after 400 days of registration of FIR when Apex court has mandated that notice u/s 41A CrPC should be issued within 15 days which can be extended on the orders of SP upon commencing of Investigation.
Query
(1) Is there any guideline on time-table (within days/weeks) to record statement of named accused u/s 161 CrPC upon commencing of investigation?
(2) What would be termed as un-reasonable delay in recording statement u/s 161 CrPC?
(3) Is this a fit case for further investigation / private complaint when notice u/s 41A CrPC was issued after 400 days of FIR registration?
