Dear Sir,
One borrower has availed one Housing Loan and repyaing regularly with NIL overdue.
The same borrower has also availed one Personal Loan and defaulted in repayment which resulated in huge overdue.
Since both accounts are in same cust-id, both accounts are marked NPA.
My query is, whether we may initiate SARFAESI action against the borrower.
If Yes, then whether we may include the outstanding dues of Personal Loan in the demand notice.
Please guide!!

I gave my home in rent . Now my tenant not giving rent timely and properly.so sir I want to know that is there any legal documents and procedure on which I take signature of tenant and take legal step if tenant not give rent timely and properly.please explain legally .request

Dear Experts,
As Delhi High Court in the mater of Brij Mohan Gupta Vs The Registrar Of Societies (2012) had laid down that the requirement introduced by the respondent with regard to the desirous persons not being related to each other by way of blood relation, or otherwise, is found to be illegal and unenforceable !!!
Can any one put some light whether that means such a clause is no ore required to be included in the Affidavit of the desirous person, while registering society in the NCR of Delhi.
And members from the same family can form a society ?

What statement should I submit. Can I register my address with village chowkidar as I am residing in city of other district.

I HAD PURCHASED A VEHICLE FROM FIAT IN DEC 2009. ON 18.08.2014,I MET AN ACCIDENT AND MY VEHICLE SUFFERED SOME DAMAGES AND REMAINED IMMOBILE. Since 22.08.2014, I have been in regular contact with FIAT for servicing and repairing of my vehicle. Since that time they have been misleading me by saying that their workshop at Guwahati and in the region will be ready in next 10-15 days and my vehicle will be served on priority basis. Now ten months has been eclipsed and on numerous dates given on writing, they have failed me. I have records of mails sent and received from. I have also sent a notice to them through post with acknowledgement card in the month of January 2015.
I have also offered them my permission to provide services and hence restore my vehicle anywhere.
Regarding the accident, I have already put up a claim with my insurer. The insurance company said, they need a quote from the workshop to start their part of work. FIAT even failed to provide me the quote or even inspected by vehicle despite the fact they gave in written that they will send somebody to inspect my car. Neither FIAT made the parts available or wanted to supply me.
Based on the above and all my recorded communication Can I claim a compensation suit against FIAT, as I have gone through lots of economic/professional losses as well as tremendous harassment. They not only didn't provided services or restored my vehicle but also mislead me occasions after occasions towards their readiness of providing services to me.

Police clearence certificate
HI experts,
I am an Iranian National. I had come here to study on Student visa. I have completed my studies and have to return to my country. I am told that I have to obtain a Police Clearance Certificate. I googled the same but i could not find anything to fill/ download. I was told to go to FRRO site. I went but i found only the EXIT form. Can you please help me with the info or link where i could find the form. Its very urgent.
