Loan on partition deed certified copy is valid document?

Sir we are four brothers and done partition deed for our developed land together.and now every one has own flat. Through partition deed.now my one brother want loan on his owned flat . Bank accept the certified copy but want no obejction deed or aggreement or else . Is there such type of document we sign by all three brothers ?. Please guide us sir.

Bank asking the NOC from other brothers. You can give NOC that you have no objection to sanction loan to your brother on his owned flat but not on your flats. It is better to consult a local lawyer and he will prepare the NOC without involving you.

Even though a registered partition deed legally divides the property and makes each brother the exclusive owner of his flat, banks ask for additional documentation to safeguard their loan.
Ensure the partition deed clearly specifies the exact flat number, boundary details, and the undivided share of land (UDS) assigned to each brother.
The bank will usually ask if your brother has updated the local municipal/panchayat records (Property Tax receipts/Khata/Patta) into his individual name post-partition.
Signing an NOC stating that you have no objection to his individual flat being mortgaged does NOT make you co-borrowers or guarantors for his loan, nor does it put your own flats at risk. It simply confirms that his flat belongs to him alone.
