My cousin brother and his wife who are citizen of new Zealand from 2000 by their own wish came down in 2018 and used a Xerox copy of the ration card in making the adhar card. When complained the FDO got the ration card canceled but he did not file any Cognizant against them. The police department also didn't take any action nor the collector. The police said that FDO needs to file an FIR. The Adhar card department was also informed but they also didn't take any action. I told them I caught and gave you a robber, what did you do to that robber, did u punish him, did u fine him. They are just telling its third party information we cannot tell u. I told that fraud is committed against the state and you all are supporting them.
How a person comes to India and so easily make government documents. For adhar card u need to be in India for 6months. While Immigration to new Zealand the visa and immigration department need to gather all the offical documents from them.
What and how action can be taken against them.
The high commission said that he cannot get the address and the phone no that I gave him. He is lieing. Corrupted fucking government. From 2018 I am struggling so that action needs to be taken against them.
Can someone advice please.
The prime minister office has forward the complain to cheif sec and they have forwarded that to FDO. But still I know nothing is going to take place.
Please suggest me what can I do.

I have made changes in ground floor flat with expansion of rear wall by 4feet without taking permission of local administraton /other members. as no society is, firmed even after 28 yrs. Can I regularise additional construction done without touching pillars /beams? by paying penalty to corporation?

Recently one of my friend/colleague who is a Company Secretary of a Company(A state Govt Co) inform me that their present MD (Managing Director) installed CCTV in the entire office. Once when he visit to his MD in his cabin for some official purpose he found that the MD watching the movements of his employees through TV screen.
My friend told me that installation of CCTV in office premises is although not illegal and for security reason it is become necessary , but discovering the fact that MD of a Company(Who is the administrative head) constantly watching movement of every employees of the Company, annoyed him very much.
I personally also feel to some extent it is crossed the limit of modesty.
Your view is also welcome .

I have a share of 1/3 as per Registered WILL of my late Mother in the undivided property.
Hence It amounts that my share of property is
defined legally self aquired.
Query is can I write a WILL
that I should be Buried in the aquired portion of property.

My grandfather has deceased. They had a locker in SBI, I'm the nominee of the locker but they forgot to make me nominee of the fd associated with locker. Bank is saying all the successor have to present in the bank to sign the no obligation form. Is it possible if I only close the locker carry out my grandfather's belongings without closing the fd.

My Land phone(BSNL) was out of service since July 2020 till today(18th February,2021).
I paid bill upto September 2020 and after that I stopped payment as my phone remain dead.
Recently I visit BSNL office (on Saturday,13.2021) and they inform me that if I pay my due bill amount my service will be restored.
I paid bill(Rs.1849.00) on15.02.2021.
But still today(18.02.2021) my service is not restored.
My query is :
Can I lodge complain against BSNL (deficiency of service) before consumer commission?
One of my friend told me that as BSNL is a Govt undertaking the matter will not stand before consumer commission.
If possible please clarify can I go to consumer commission?

There is a common vehicle path in between S.No.48/3B and 48/3C&D. 48/3B belongs to Mr. Krishnan and 48/3C&D belongs to me. While one sales Mr. Krishnan sold the common vehicle path land as his own and also sold equal to that area of vehicle path in my Patta Land. I request you it it comes under land grabbing act or not.
