Joint ownership of flat in a coop housing society

My husband and me jointly took a housing loan and purchased a flat in navi mumbai. My husband is the first owner and his name stands first in the loan agreement, sale agreement, share certificate and my name stands second in all documents.

I want to know the following as a joint owner of the property:

1, Do I as a joint owner have any rights to question the working of the committee... Should i route all my queries only through my husband. According to the committee I have absolutely no rights as a joint owner.

2. Can i examine all the documents in our society without my husband consent?

3. If elections in our society have never been legally held for over 20 years and the Treasurer and Chairman continue their post without ever resigning whom should I take up this issue ?

This is very distressing for me, since I find that committee members just do as they wish, and my husband being peace loving does not say anything.

Looking forward to your valuable advice at the earliest.

Khoja inheritance law

If a Khoja man dies intestate, what happens to his property? Does it devolve based on Hindu Law (i.e. Class 1, 2, 3) or is it based on Muslim Law?

Cidco navi mumbai - oc of flat extension

In Airoli, Navi Mumbai hv purchased CIDCO flat of AL4 type in MAR 2020 in resale. Society has done extention of all 84 flats as per FSI 1 scheme in 1998. That has done prior to my purchase. The person from whom I hv purchased flat given me CIDCO receipt of payment done to CIDCO for extension and also given me the copy of commencement certificate CC of Navi Mumbai Municipal Corporation. But when I asked him about OC then he told that OC is not applicable for this. But now I will hv to apply for name change on property tax of Navi Mumbai Municipal Corporation. So will there be any problem? Bcoz my friends are telling that I will b in big trouble now bcoz OC is not taken by society. CIDCO has issued final order with extended area but in NMMC records the old area exists. So NMMC will ask about additional area.
Pls let me know in this case OC is applicable or not. Pls help...
