My case running in court is never called out. And latter new date is uploaded online. Where can I complain against the staff for this.?

The next date of hearing is uploaded. Then why the complaint? Due to the pandemic so many files are not called out or uploaded even today. If you still wish to complain, submit it online to the District Judge.

From 2017 June it's happening. Much before Pandemic.

My lawyer is not giving any cooperation I want to complain against court official's who deliberately don't call out my case and stop matter from being put up to the Judge. Please advice what action to take after courts resume.

In my view have a discussion with your counsel the reason for delay of getting the case listed. As such no legal issue exist in your query.

Case is listed since 2015, injunction was not granted after that this is happening.

Because of the Pandemic situation, Courts are taking up only restricted cause list. Rest of the matters are adjourned by Notification.
The parties always have the option to file memos to take up cases not included in the restricted list. It is still permissible to advances cases in urgent situations. You may instruct your advocate accordingly.

If you suspect the integrity of your lawyer, you can very well change the lawyer and can pursue the case through new lawyer and be in touch with your new lawyer regularly and get updated about the case
Court staff do not have any personal vengeance against you hence there is no need for him to not to conduct the case, you may have to ask your advocate only about this stagnation.
