Land survey

Sir,
There is common vehicle path in between 48/3B and 48/3C&D. 48/3B belongs to Mr. Krishnan and 48/3C&D belongs to me. while on sales Mr. Krishnan sold the Vehicle Path along with his land. Further he also registered a land equal to vehicle path in my Patta Land. I approach the Tahsildar omalur to survey my land for that I have paid survey fees 2 times, but the land is not yet surveyed. I approach the collector, sub-collector and police commissioner and Registration Department for settle the matter. No body has taken proper step to settle the matter. Tahsildar given wrong statement to the higher authority a case is pending against the land. For that case I am not plaintiff or dependent. I approach the Tamilnadu information commission and they ordered to survey the land, still it is not survey. I request the revenue authorities if any any case is pending, is there any rules or acts is available that land should not be surveyed. so far i have not received reply. I request you if any order is available if the case is pending in the court that land should not be surveyed, whether the party is not a respondent or plaintiff in that case. P. Natarajan, Salem.11

Land use certificate

Dear experts,
Our Polytechnic college is in a small village. The college is in the limits of Gram Panchayat in Karnataka state.We are paying tax to the panchayat regularly .
Our polytechnic is approved by AICTE New Delhi. We applied for extension of approval for the year 2021-2022. The AICTE conducted online inspection and after that it mentioned that 1)land use certificate is not produced.2)Land use certificate issuing authority not produced.3.) The record of rights is in local language Kannada.

My question is that
1. Who is the competent authority to issue land use certificate.
2.What is contents included in that certificate.
3.Is the record of rights English version PDF is available.
Please guide

Mother dairy milk complaint

I had purchased 2 litre of mother dairy cow milk from mother dairy booth on 11/02/2021 in cash for Rs. 94.

The milk was so bitter. Its totally like poison.

I had complained to mother dairy but they had not taken any action till now.

The milk expiry date was 13/02/2021.

The milk is available with me till now.

I want this milk be tested in independent laboratory.

I had also made complaint in FSSAI regarding this so they also had not responded till now.

What action I can take against mother dairy ?

Disputed locker

As me and wife opened a locker with joint operation as i divorced 8 years back in 2011, the key was retained with her i am paying rental regularly. There are some articles in the locker which was given to her by parents. even i paid the settlement amount to her. they deny for key how to operated the locker bank marked disputed on the same .
what is the way no contract or communication from them since last 8 years.

Rti first appeal

Hello. I wanted to ask, while filing a RTI first appeal, is it okay to request the appellate authority to direct the PIO to supply the information asked in the RTI or should I ask the appellate authority to supply the information himself? Thanks

Stamp duty and registration, and capital gain tax

A registered partnership firm have 15 partners doing construction and land property business in 1963, and fourteen partners retired and dissolved the firm in 1979, 15th partner have before 12% ratio, after dissolution he get other all 14 partner's, 88% ratio, and become sole proprietor with 100% immovable land and property, my query is the 15 th number partner have to pay stamp duty or do registration for 89% immovable land or property, is it mandatory or optional?. can he start a new partnership firm in same name with another new partners? and sell same property to others is legal? Collectors land records saw property in name of 1963 firm - with 15 partners name, there is no any changes till date. how to do this deal legalized

Personal loan and credit card payment defaulter

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am a defaulter of personal loans and credit card bills due to the Corona Pendemic and I have lost my job and jobless since 23rd March' 2020.

I am receiving threats of legal action against me.

I want to know and understand gthat what kind of legal action can be taken on me and hor to escape from these circumstances without paying outstandings because I am not able to pay at this moment.

Chain of agreement

M selling my flat the buyer is taking the loan the property is was brought by the 1st seller in 1983 v have the original documents but the banks says its a copy as the revenue stamp is for stuck but showing stamped the bank says its a copy but it's not.. registration of flat is done but loan disbursement is pending due to this what do v do
