I am a Central Government Pensioner, took V.R. in 1989 from CRPF. My Department has not revised my pension in accordance with Government of India orders Dtd 10/10/97, in 5th Pay Commission and this anomaly exists in subsequent pay commissions and till date resulting huge monetary loss to me. I have knocked the doors of my Department, Pay & Accounts Offices, CPENGRAMS of DOPPW, CPAO. An eye wash response was received from my Deptt that the orders of Govt of India were not implemented to pre-1996 retirees. However, there have been no such orders for non implementation to pre-1996 retirees. My RTI requests also proves that there have been no such orders. A proposal is pending unattended in the Pay & Accounts Office, CRPF New Delhi for the past two years and all my communications may have gone to dust bin because I did not hear anything from them. Our annual income is around 3.5L and am unable to engage any expert to knock the doors of law. My query, can I send a letter explaining the grievance in detail to the Chief Justice of India for redressal? Kindly advise any other alternatives including answering this query sir.

My friend's father expired in 2018,they have a car in their fathers name which is in Criminal case ,has per the case the car must not be changed or transferred until case is disposed......so they just kept car with them and paid insurence in their father name it self.....now In 2021car is damaged when kept infront of the home at parking place......now insurance ppl are rejecting claim ....has the car owner ecpired two years back.....now my friend is helpless.....please let me know how can I get claim......

Dear Sir/Madam
A and B are brothers, A is owner of the house in xyx Society , and B stay with our parent in rented flat in another society , Now B want to use A address for issuing passport for thses A dont have any problem if B use A address as it address proof .
A request Noc letter for passport verification from society for B , but society has query as bellow
1) Society Asking from how long B is staying at A house.
2) Society asking to produce proof of document for B having address of A on any document such as aadhar card etc.
Can you please advise me what will the way to get noc letter from society for B , and wether the query from.society is valid , even i am ready to take responsibility and give them declaration from my side.
Wether it is mandatory to have same address on B document i.e aadhar card to get Noc from.society.

One of my friend he is an advocate, doing legal practice since 2010, he is also doing financial service to customer by arranging bank loan for his business development etc., For his service, he did loan arrangement for one of his client, during 2015. As against which he got a cheque for his service charge for arranging bank loan but it dishonored and he filed NI 138. During trial, accused counsel pointed and demand that he can't file suit against accused and his above service is against of bar act etc.,hence case to be dismissed....
In this case, he need to be submitted written arguments with any citation for justifying his financial service is also come under the advocate service etc.,
I need your help in this regard pl, kindly reply at the earliest pl

For an Indian Solicitor to practice in the UK one has to take a transfer test. Can we take it even if we have just given the state bar exam and have received out ID? would we need to necessarily give our all India bar exam necessarily to be deemed as a qualified solicitor to give the said exam in the UK?

Dear Sir/Mam,
I need guidance on Leakage in our flat since 2 months, in bathroom, Kitchen & now reached to Hall. I have requested my upper flat neighbor 2 months back and has been consistency following up with him to repairing in his flat washroom. He has always says, that no need to worry, I will do it, but doing nothing.
His Flat is given on rent. Today I meet society secretary & has requested him that its creating too much stress and the member is just saying that he will do, but doing nothing just giving assurance.
The secretary said that we can not do anything as its internal matter within your flat & leakage may from upper member flat, so you both should solve.
I inform the secretary that I have been calling every third day, and just give assurance.
And now the Leakage has reached to my Hall Area, our secretary said last I can do is that I will call him and will request but other then I can not do anything.
I need guidance what should I do, as I am in too much stress as the member is just giving assurance but doing nothing & now seems society secretary too just giving assurance.
Kindly help on this

Respected Sir, I am Served in Indian army 10 years ,but Discharge from service with reason OSL (deserter) and I am not a pension holder can i apply Govt Jobs with ESM-Category resevation yes or not ? and if not how can my age realaxation of 10 years period now I am 33 years old.,I want age relaxation please give me suggestion

Is having 11 month rent agreement for Residential property in Mumbai on Rs 100 stamp paper enough or are there any other requirement also to be met ?
