i had joined BSNL Dec 2012 and leave the job Nov 2017.My Balanced Earned Leave was 97 days.
can i apply for leave encashment ?

You can try. But your service condition to be seen before asking as many a time, employee on resignations do not get full encashment for leave at credit and a maximum of 50%.
