Reply to notice through lawyer

Why we need to respond to a notice by Advocate through an Advocate only

When we request lawyer for meeting,he says come with your advocate or send reply through advocate.What shall we tell him?

Why can't law abiding citizens themselves respond and meet party and their advocates and respond

No rule is in existence that mandates that a lawyer must reply to an advocate's notice.

The party himself can send reply.

Hello,

You can reply to the notice received by you. However, you may lack the expertise of an advocate and you may land in trouble in the future. So it is better that you appoint an advocate and respond to your notice.

There is no rule or restrictions that reply of notice should be sent through lawyer It is in interest and benefit to client that he can take expertise service so that proper and as per law reply may be sent.
