Hello,
We have bought the flat in 2021 ( New ) with Open shaded stack parking from builder.
The parking details are mentioned in the Index 2 as well as in the Agreement by the builder.
But, some members in the society says that open space parking is common parking and its illegal.
can someone share their input ? who is correct and is it legal/illegal?

Hi, I have a flat in airoli, where my mom dad and brother stay. I stay separately in my husbands house. My brother has a car which he keeps inside the society in an open empty space. There is another couple who also keeps 2 cars in open space. Now society is asking us to keep our car outside stating that they have passed in AGM that only owner cars registered on owners names can be kept inside building. Is this correct? Can such a rule be put in society?
What should I do? Transfer my brothers car to my name?
Please help me,
Sunita

My in father in law and his brother partitioned their house from common wall, the house is 100yrs old. Uncle's portion demolished by promoters, the partition wall fractured and some problem are there, when we ask them to repair wall, the purchaser claimed 40% width wall belongs to him and for this he can demolish the wall as slice of cake. They build 4 storey building over there there are 3ft gap only between 2 house. What should we do, can he claim the partition wall?

My father purchased HUDA property near 2011 from allotee.
Following are the things I've observed in the documents:
1. GPA got registered in his name...after that conveyance deed was made_ below the table "Drafted by se;f" is written... at the end of the deed:-
"eo HUDA through( father's name): sign of my father;
buyer: again my father's name & sign;
& two witnesses name & sign" were there.
Now my questions are:
1. What is the status of conveyance deed, whether it is registered or not?
2. Please suggest we want to sell the property but we are unable(as they wanted sign of allotee, which is not possible for us) we are in urgent need, so is there any other way to sell the property?

My father had purchased property near 2014-15 on conveyance deed from allottee through dealer (i.e. no any other person involve in between except allottee)...now we are trying to sell the property but as per HUDA(HSVP) property is not registered, allottee's name is still showing in HSVP site_Plot Status Enquiry...but we checked in tehsil our name is showing ,as property is in our name(in conveyance deed).We are still unable to sell the property, we are in urgent need...since we have paid full money and conveyance deed is still in my name, kindly suggest so that we can sell the property.
Father died intestate in1990 and son got it's ownership by unfair means denying sisters their right in father property. What is the impact of Sept 2005 amendment on this case.
Thanks and regards

awning on balcony of a residential flat in pune
I want to know the specific sections and rules of relevant Act and Rules that do not allow installing of an awning on Balcony of flat in Pune. The awning can be retractable and non retractable.
PCM has sent notice under section 53 and 54 of Maharashtra regional and Town planning Act 1966 to remove the sheds whether fixed type or awning.
Thanks
