Termination of Contract / Agreement

Respected Sir,

Can a contract / Agreement be terminated by the party by giving to the contract / agreement by giving notice to other party. Specially where there is no specific clause in the contract / agreement governing the termination by mutual consent or by giving notice in writing to other party (where other party is not under default).

If yes can you give me the specific section and / or the Judgment to this extant.

Case transfer civil court to consumer court

Sir
A civil suit was filed by me for declaring memos null,illegal & void issued by electricity board of Haryana in which penalty of Rs. 150000/- was imposed on me in connection of electricity theft case,i am tenant in this building & being user i i am consumer though i have no any written agreement with my landlord regarding tenancy.now this case is pending in civil court & is fixed for summoning of respondents,I am a tenant and meter was installed in the name of landlord,now I want to withdraw my case from the civil court & wants to file it in consumer forum,first of all kindly tell me,am I a consumer or not,secondely what process I have to adopt to withdraw the suit from civil court and to file it in consumer forumā€¦PLZ Enlighten me

i stay in mumbai, and want to know the procedure, rules and regulation of Society Formation.

Each and every detail of that, including how much a person has to pay for Society Formation, does it has to be paid "per head" or "square feet" and IN BOTH THE CASES HOW MUCH SHOULD BE PAYABLE.....

ALSO CHEQUE SHOULD BE FAVORING WHOM(NAME.....)

REDUCTION OF PROPERTY TAX

Can I invoke the writ jurisdiction personally to compell the district municipal corporation to reduce the property tax they have resolved to collect through a writ of mandamas . What is the procedure to be adopted ?

Whether Tenant Can evicted now?

I have a separate ownership property on ground floor of residencial use.However I have rented out the same for computer class and educational Purpose.Now upper floor resident apartment holder asked court to give Injection to run the same.

Can court give injuction to evict the Tenant directly or the apartment holder apply proper proceedure to evict them?
