All of you approach the LIC branch. Give it in writing that you are staying in the premises as paying guest. Now that the building is sealed, tell that you want to remove your belongings. Request the bank to permit you to take away your belongings under their supervision. Say that you should not be inconvenienced or troubled for the fault of the borrower. The LIC will oblige.

The advise of Mr.Anirudh is otherwise correct.
But
Author says" lic housing finance seased the house as per court order."
Then if you know the court which passed the order of seizure ,move application before that court, taking help of a lawyer; in case you are not aware you do need to visit LIC.May be they might have proceeded under serfacea.
