Discrimination and work place harassment against the pregnant women in a public ltd company

Dear Sir: i am working in a group of companies for the past 4 1/2 years in HR Dept. i have been harassed by my functional head (Sr. VP HR)by skeletening my profile and not confirming my future role in the company.even thou he is well informed that i am 5 month pregnant, the situations are not stopped which is damaged my career reputation in the company and gives me mental stress. recently, he has informed that there is no position and asked me to give time lines. the same sent by email stating that no position is exist, if any in future, we will consider my request. today, i am sitting ideal and not having any work and is embrassing. the matter is escallated to MD, but he has given all false feedbacks to him whcih are not valid. i have replied MD with the actual information and corrected the feedback. please suggest how do take up this as i am mentally disturbed.

now a days save women life, so you make police complaint as women harrasment act.

It shall be better to find out the solution through MD of the company instead of resorting the police help and so on. In private sector, one has to adjust the things otherwise has ultimately to suffer.
