I would like an expert advice; I had invested in a chawl system house in 2003 and was staying there until a developer took it for redevelopment in the year 2006. An agreement was made but before that he were not there when the survey was conducted and that stand took us as non-eligibility according annexure II. We were asked to submit originals by the developer for eligibility in Mahada since we both husband and wife are working aboard. The building has come up in the year 2008 but no rooms were allotted during that time. The reason stated was non-eligibility and a rent of Rs. 2000.00 were started. Constant follow ups on our visit to India, filing RTI in the year 2013, none worked and now since 2016 January, rent too has stopped the reasons mentioned was no evidence found of owing the premises. When we asked for our original papers, firstly we were told they are misplaced, but when an FIR was filed we found the originals were duplicated and manipulated. On June 2017 we consulted a lawyer and a legal notice was send to the builder. He responded end of July 2017 telling my lawyer he will allot the rooms by end of August 2017. But now the scene is both are not answering the lawyer says he is unable to handle our case, look for another one. What should we do at this juncture.

I would like to know what is the proceedings to file a case against a SRA project where the building is come up last nine years but no room is allotted by the builders and the documents are forged as by the builder authority and now is denying to allot my flats in the said project from the last 11 years. The builder was paying rent but for two years has stop the payment and is now saying we dont have enough evidence to claim the room. We had send a legal notice which he did not acknowledge. Where should i go and what step should i take in this case.

Sra housing scheme
Were can we file a case against a builder/Developer who has not given our redevelopment house in Mumbai under sra scheme since 2008. I had my residence in Mumbai and 2006 it was taken for redevelopment by the builder. An agreement was signed in May 2006.the building is up in 2008, but we were not allotted any room was informed by the builder that the other wing will constructed and will be allotted rooms later which till date has not happened and rent was started in 2008 for Rs. 2000,which later discontinued in 2015 saying there is no enough prove now and the agreement is now null and void.
We had send a legal notice through our lawyer on June 2017, which he responded saying he will work out something. But now again the laywer and builder has denied our case.
Please help what and which court will take action against this matter.
