I have a room in chawl where some part of chawl is sold out by ABC & Family some part is sold out by xyz.Some member of chawl want to form society but I have confusion regarding ownership of land where it is showing owner as abc family or xyz.if we form socity than whom we have to take noc ,from abc or xyz.attached is 7 12 (name & survey no is hidden)

5 yrs back I have purchase a room in chawl (Kalyan) which was in green zone but now when I check online 7/12 it is showing as "Anidhkrut Bandhkaam" that means it change from green zone to R Zone or else?
2)what is chances of demolition as people in our galli is saying as this will get demolished by nagarpallika? (I have reg. agreement where both party declarae as risk will be buyer & sellers & I have no developmennt agreent where developer & owners diff. we are paying taxes to nagarpalika & got nul connection too.)

We have agriculture land in up which our grand parant buy(Bainama) in 1945 but by some reason tarmine is not happend and that property got tranfer on seller's son name & 3 yrs back he sold this property to someone else & we have filled the case in court, now my brother is saying that by some adjustment we will get this property trf. on our name.pls suggest what we should do.we should do adjustment or wait for court order which will take time.I am thinking my brother is hiding something with me.

I have buy a Room in chawl in kalyan.where on 7/12 two names are mentioned one is kul's name & other is Bhogvatadar,s name.Our developer's devlopment agreement is with kul's name.is there any problem in future as Bhogvatadar is different from kul's name.

We have given our Bldg to a Builder for Redevlopment (Mhada Bldg in Pantnagar, Ghatkopar, Mumbai.but after 2 year Builder stopped paying rent to us saying as he have loss in Project due to stock option of Mhada.Now socity is going to change the Builder.Society sent notice to Builder for termination & ask to give detail of Builder's exp. After getting exp. detail New Builder will pay exp. of Old Builder & get NOC for the same.
Sir, What precaution we should take while changing the Builder where one Builder is saying he has loss in Project & other is saying he have no loss ?

We have given our Building to a Builder for Redevlopment & Builder is agreed to Pay Rent upto possession of Building but because of Mhada's stock option builder stopped paying rent to us.
Sir, I want to know is there any rule where builder is liable to pay rent upto two years only ?

There is any law for payment of rent upto two year in redevlopment of Mhada Building even if he is not given possession of flat. (Builder is liable to pay rent upto two year only)

We have gone for redevlopment of Mhada Building in Pantnagar,Ghatkopar, Mumbai with a Builder.Builder demolished the building with our concent before bringing IOD.Now Builder want to reduce the area in agreement saying as he have loss in Project as he have to give some stock to Mhada.
Above matter will be trated as consumer court or Civil court ? as he is not provided service but agreed to provide & demolished the building.

Some part of my agriculture land in uncle's kabja

In my village I have a agriculture land (khet), some part of the land is in my uncle s( kabja)
But when my father was live it was in my (khet) and as per chakbandi naksha too it was in my (khet), but presently when I see on online naksha It is showing as parti land , and uncle is plouging on same land and it was never as parti land and presently it is in my uncle’s kabja.
My question is how I get it back from parti land to my (khet) ?
