Consumer forum or civil court ?

Dear Sir

We have gone for redevlopment of Mhada Building in Pantnagar,Ghatkopar, Mumbai with a Builder.Builder demolished the building with our concent before bringing IOD.Now Builder want to reduce the area in agreement saying as he have loss in Project as he have to give some stock to Mhada.

Above matter will be trated as consumer court or Civil court ? as he is not provided service but agreed to provide & demolished the building.

builder cannot reduce the area mentioned in agreement . it is a contract entered into between the builder and society .

you can move HC in this regard .
