We have given our bldg. to developer for redevlopment.but due to change in Mhada policy of stock option he is not started work.Builder is saying that he have loss due to stock option of Mhada.when i have asked to architect department of Mhada they are saying as builder have no loss as we are demanding stock instead of Premium.

I have listen from my friend that as per law of performance he have to start the work,if he is not performing than he is in fault.

1. sir I want to know that what is this law of performance ? or this is only in general ?

2.sir, is there any rule in redevlopment of Mhada bldg. as developer have liability of paying rent upto 2yrs only,even if he is not given possession ?

I think he is asking about specific relief act , he means specific relief as performance

Even in my opinion, it appears as law on specific relief and suit for specific performance of contract, right?
