REGARDING THE FAKE ORDERS KINDLY NOTE THAT.

1.YOU HAVE FILED APPLICATION IN THE CENTRAL ADMINISTRATIVE TRIBUNAL REGARDING SERVICE MATTER.
2.SOME OFFICERS OF YOUR DEPT ISSUED SOME FAKE ORDERS AND FORCED TO LEAVE THE JOB.YOU SHOULD MENTION THIS IN YOUR APPLICATION TO CAT AND PRODUCE THE SAID COPIES IN CAT.
3.BUT KINDLY NOTE THAT SUCH FAKE ORDERS WERE ISSUED BY DEPT OFFICERS IS A FACT TO BE PROVED IN THE COURT AND HENCE YOU MUST FILE A CRIMINAL COMPLAINT AGAINST THE SAID OFFICERS FOR ISSUING FAKE ORDERS.KINDLY NOTE THAT YOU MAY FILE THE COMPLAINT DIRECTLY IN THE COURT OF CHIEF JUDICIAL MAGISTRATES COURT HAVING AREA JURISDICTION WITH ALL SUPPORTING DOCUMENTS.COURT WILL VERIFY YOUR COMPLAINT AND THEN ISSUE PROCESS AGAINST THE ACCUSED.
4.KINDLY NOTE THAT YOU HAVE TO GET GOVT PERMISSION FOR FILING COMPLAINT AGAINST GOVT SERVANTS .THERE IS SEPERATE SECTION IN CRIMINAL ACTS.
5.YOU MAY KINDLY SEND DETAILS OR WRITE OR CALL /SMS IN CASE ANY FURTHER HELP IS REQUIRED
WITH BEST REGARDS TO YOU YOUR FAMILY AND FRIENDS.
GOOD LUCK.
THANKS.
YOURS SINCERELY

You have every right to file a criminal case against the concerned officials for forging the documents and causing financial loss and mental harassment to you. You may also represent to their higher ups about the fact.

you can file criminal complaint against concerned officials.

It depends on how much time has expired after the commission of alleged offence. criminal action is initiated/expected to be initiated soon after commission of crime so better assess your case before moving ahead.
