What is the gratuity limit as on today... whether it has been increased to 10 lakhs or not...
i am confused..

Parliament approves increase in gratuity limit

NEW DELHI: Parliament approved the increase in the gratuity limit for employees from Rs.3.5 lakh to Rs.10 lakh on 05.05.2010, with the Rajya Sabha approving the legislation by voice vote.

The Lok Sabha passed the Payment of Gratuity (Amendment) Bill, 2010.

second question:
Whether the ceiling limit of income tax has been increased to 10 lac or it is still at 3.5 lac

The attachment above does not show gazette notification for limit increase.
