a 75 years old lady is owner of some land house and shops. she has four child two sons and two daughter all married.she is alive and residing with her doughter, one day her grandson picked her and thumbed some papers after one month she come to know all property is registered with someone else, in this case how can she get back his property. may be property is the name of her grandson or her daughter in law's name.

She can immediately write to the registry authorities that the changes have been effected by fraud and that she has not given any authority to anybody to change the ownership fo the property.
You have not told whether signs or puts LTM. If she signs then LTM can be easily quashed.
Immediatley write to the authorities who has chnaged the entries about the fraud.

First of all she can lodge an FIR against that fellow by whom the thumb impressions were taken and against that person on whiose name that property is mutated. Alongwith that she can write a complaint to the concerned Registry Authority & explain him about the fraud committed upon her. But the steps should taken as earlier as possible.
