Correction in certificate of practice

There is wrong spell of my surname in my Certificate of practice. Certificate of practice was issued in 2019. And now I want correction in my name. Help me about procedure.

Are you a practicing lawyer?, if so why are you hiding your name and coming in the guise of 'anonymous'.
The wrong surname in the certificate of practice can be rectified by giving an affidavit to the concerned bar council and get it rectified at once.

Certificate of Practice is prescribed for the lawyers. The alleged spelling error is of no consequence if other particulars are correct.
