Mutation of land

In 2012, I purchased a 200 sqyd plot in Chaneta, Bareilly, with a registered sale deed, but the mutation (dakhil kharich) process was never completed.

Now I'm wondering if it's still possible to get it done and if there are any lawyers/individuals or references in Bareilly who can assist me with the mutation process.

You can get the property mutated to your name even now, you can look for a trusted person yourself in the local
