Gass agency booking cyllender without customer concern

Without my concern my gas cylinder delivered two times from gas agency I approached to gas agency and asked this query the staff simply told if u not booked the cyllender in 20 days duration time gas agency will book the cyllender for days adjustment if urgent need will arrange service boys to you. What is this. Have they rights to do like this no one responding correctly what I have to do

Without booking from your registered mobile number, the gas agency cannot book a cylinder. It is only their adjustment. Complaint to the dealer by registered post making a copy to the District Collector.

Contact, consult and engage a local lawyer for issuance of legal notice and filing police complaint as well as suit in jurisdictional civil court for grant of permanent and mandatory injunction restraining plaintiff (you) from posting time pass question wasting precious time and efforts of experts obliging genuine litigant(s) .

The gas company cannot automatically book your gas cylinder without your consent.
They may have to register your booking only on a request from your side.
If this practice is going on continuously then you can issue a legal notice to the dealer and the company besides escalating the matter to the local authorities concerned.

Have you brought the issue to the notice of the Company concerned. To my knowledge, there are designated grievance officers in each District and their contact details are displayed in each gas agency.
