Can the petitioner in a probate proceedings put portion of property on rent. The property has been given bequeathed to the petitioner vide registered Will. If petitioner let's out the property then what happens.

The court will decide the issue after the necessary proceedings are completed.

In probate proceedings court will decide only one issue whether petitioner is entitled to get probate of will or not ?

Sir,
Next date of hearing is in Dec. 2022. Probe is pending in court. The registeted Will has not been disproofed, though I have to proof it. Is there a bar that pending probate I cannot put some portion on rent. Regards

Probate of will in delhi is not mandatory. He can let the property on rent.

Whether the probate case is filed and pending in Delhi High Court or before Administrative Civil Judge either at Saket, Dwarka, Rohini, Tis Hazari, Patiala House or Karkardoma District Court of your area?
However, the bequeathed property can be rented out during pendency of the case but the rent shall go to the beneficiary of will / as decided by the Court.
What is the opinion and advise of the lawyer engaged / paid by you for the probate case ??
Why do you need second opinion / advise of experts on this platform except the fact it is available FREE OF COST ?
