Can we take tuition in sra building

I live in a SRA building I take tuition in my house my neighbour passes abusive comment on the small girls who are 8 years and his wife too they have problem of me taking tuition and as student pass by obviously it's a normal tendency to look here and there the girl just passed and looked at him he used abusive words to her and was yelling like anything the same his wife whereas the wife keeps staring at my house and she was saying I will stop your tuition.

I had a talk with them they said we can't interfere in this matter

Then why association? Ask them or report to the Dy.Registrar of Coop.Housing societies of your district about the association for not cooperating with the members.

You may lodge complaint to police against your neibougher on their such act ( passing abusive comments on minor girls ).polce will take appropriate action against your neighbour.
