Rti query against me & my colleague

There was a RTI query about me and my colleague(95% on him). It was forwarded by the so called serving employee(but did not mention his employee i.d. or employee no.). The address which was given is Bogus. The mobile which was given was somebody else.

My question is Whether we can call that mobile number and ask him about whether he has sent a RTI query? If not, can we ask him to represent that the RTI was not made by him .

Though it is not serious issue, i just want to know who has done that? it may be closely working with me. Your advice on this is requested.

Yes Sir It is not a legal query. The RTI was that X person phoned to my colleague several times and he didnt pick up the call and when he tried through his mobile X was abused by my colleague as per his version. He narrates that it had happened in the last week of march22. But the call log of my colleague doesnt specify anything. Further he came on 30th march to me waiting from 10.30 to 12.30 and finally he could met me only by 12.35 and i advised to go to Finance section and come back to me. He went to Finance and came back by 12.50 and I was not in the seat. He was waiting without lunch at he could not meet me even after 16.30 Hrs. Finally he left and wrote a RTI that we should be punished for harrasing the senior citizens. However, the X stated that he is retired employee , but not specififed his employee no. etc. He has not met me and i know all of the retired employee. It is nothing but character assination. Though nowhere i need not answer on this query and it will done by the Higher ups. My question is if i could trace out that individual (nearer to me) what can be done by me?

What are you and in which organization/government? Which duties are entrusted to you? For which purpose did he come to your office/organization? In any organization/government, an employee shall attend to any person when visits your office/organization.

I am a Asst.Manager, looking after the Medical related subject. He has not come but made a RTI that he came and met me on March 30th but I remember all most all the retired employee, but this so called gentlemen didnt turned up. It was only to harass me and to assassinate my character .
