can a Hindu man married under special marriage act adopt a child without his wife's consent?

As per sec 7 and 11 of Hindu Adoption and Maintenance Act 1956, a married man can't legally adopt a child without prior consent of his wife.

consent of ur wife is necessary under the prescribed provision of law for the purpose of adoption as asked for
