Addition of names in my brothers agricultural land in karnat

We have 3 acre agricultural land in Karnataka in my eldest brother's name. Now as anyone can buy agricultural land in Karnataka we wish to add the other 4 brother's names to this property.. What is the procedure?

The brother in whose name the property is vested shall execute a gift deed in favour of the other brothers.
