Can anyone please advise me on the amount of succession certificate court fees in West Bengal for bank deposits amounting to rupee 34 lakhs

The Court Fee for Succession Certificate would depend on the Property Value and the Maximum Fee would be 50K. For Legal Heir Certificate No Court Fee.
