Querist : Anonymous (Querist) 06 December 2020 This query is : Resolved
Hi
My frnd recently selected in Railways. I'm Attestation form he mentioned No in previous employment details. But he had worked for 2 private forms.
Now he is worried his candidature might be cancelled due to suppression of information.

If the institution is private, and got relieved without any blemsh, there is no problem.

Yes. As it is a private institution as per your query, and if your friend not involved in any cases, then no problem.

Mr. / Ms. Anonymous,
I fully agree with expert advise of Mr. Issac Gabriel. There will not be any problem if you are an attesting witness for job in railsways where your 'friend' omits mentioning previous private job of short duration.
However, it is not your concern.
You have concealed your identity, any specific reason ???
Why do you repeat same story time and again as it is ridiculous and absurd?

The Department personal clerks informed him that he might face consiqunces for omitting previous employment details. Since he has 2 epf account from both companies. He has relieving letter of last company only and his first company not cooperating with him as he was terminated. What will be the worse department punishment for this and what legal protection he have
Rajendra K Goyal (Expert) 14 December 2020
The punishment depend on the views formed by the Disciplinary Authority. It can end with simple warning and worst can be dismissal.
