Please state clear material facts of the problem if any.

Please do not set question paper of law exams.

May discuss with local lawyer.

State laws shall apply. To my best known, the Registrar of Haryana Regulation of Societies of a District has power. If an appeal is preferred under this Act lies with the Registrar General.

Seek services of a local prudent lawyer for better appreciation of facts, professional guidance and necessary proceeding, if it is a real story but not an academic topic for debate as it can be (prima facie) made out.
