Hi my father had a property which is registered to 2 sons out of 6sons, and now the 2sons are willing to get separate. now what is better partition deed or release deed

Your father purchased on the names only two sons out of six sons. So the two sons have equal shares. so I opine one son may relinquish/release his share in favour other.

The facts posted lacks clarity.
How is that the property is registered in the name of two out of six sons?
And what do you mean by their alleged willingness to separate?
What is the real issue?
