Aapne appointment lete huwe yeh vishye parbandh samiti se poochha hoga? Agar batchit nhi huee to aapne apna appointment letter jrur pdha hoga? Nhi pdha to ab padh lijiye kyonki aapke prashan ka sahi uttar wahi se mil sakta hai.

Dear Sir,
If you are only the Hostel Superintendant then you have to take permission of your higher authorities to leave premises and ask for alternative arrangement. In this Covid 19 period you cannot move out of the premises and if rooms are available you may take the permission of the higher officers and stay in the hostel 24x7 with your family.

Reply:
Km. Distance from where? What is meant by Headquarter?
If Headquarter is meant by your controller’s office, nothing can be fixed, no rule for that. If it is in reference to your home, Hostel cannot be shifted near your house, otherwise is possible. Moreover, this was not the condition of appointment. If the term is used for otherwise, please clarify.

If it is in line with your appointment as Hostel Superintendent, you have accepted it as term of appointment, any step in opposition to it may not succeed.

Law is to save conditions as per your appointment, you have to fulfill your job conditions according to your terms of appointment / job requirements. If facing difficulty in giving time to family, discuss with your controller for consideration on humanitarian grounds if possible..

Repeating the same query again and again before the same experts? Any benefit?
P. Venu Online (Expert) 17 April 2020
It is not necessary that the author has repeated the postings deliberately. This is a common error when the postings are made from a smart phones. A dispassionate perusal of this platform would reveal no one, experts included, have been immune from this pitfall.
Rajendra K Goyal (Expert) 17 April 2020
Due to such error, the post is repeated with same name amd under same heading. In this case the post is repeated with different names, which can not be a technical fault.
P. Venu Online (Expert) 17 April 2020
Yes, I do agree, it is a mischief where the postings are in different names; else, it is only mistake. And no issue needs to be made in respect of mistakes.
T. Kalaiselvan, Advocate (Expert) 17 April 2020
The author is probably having a fancy to repeat the questions so that different types of answers can be obtained, but sorry that the answers given by experts once will remain and cannot be changed in the repeated thread.
