Incorrect joining date reconginsed after few months

Dear,

I have joined the current organization on 18th June 18 and left old organization on 11th June 18. However the offerletter recieved was with incorrect date which i have recognised after few months.

Now its been showing dual employment in my case however that was not the case.

I have shared documents before joining where my last date of old organization was clrealy mentioned. What can I do in this case?

You can get it corrected by the present office.

As advised in the earlier post, you can inform the present organisation the discrepancy in dates, which goes against the facts, and get it corrected, which in fact is their duty to rectify it once it is brought to their notice.

You may make a representation to the company's top management in writing about this discrepancy and await their response.
If yo dont get a favorable response within a stipulated ti,me then yo may initiate legal steps by first issuing a legal notice instructing the employer to rectify the error or else you can approach court of law seeking direction to the employer for proper rectification on this subject.

Are you sure about your statement wherein you have stated to have joined on 18th June 18 and left on 11th June 18 ???
It is advisable to consult a local prudent lawyer for better appreciation of facts/ documents for professional guidance and proceeding.
