Instead of paying at lower court where warrant is issued our advocate has gone and paid in state commission. We hv paid half which is 1 lakh. Rest of the amount should we pay? Rest of amount is 1 lakh.

It would be better to consult a local prudent lawyer for appreciation of facts, guidance and proceeding if you have lost faith in your lawyer.

You have filed an appeal before State Consumer Commission against the order passed by Consumer Forum wherein warrants have been issued against you in execution. It is not good to raise suspicion over your lawyer. He has filed the appeal by depositing 1/2 amount of compensation to be paid by you and has obtained stay order against the execution proceedings so why don;t you believe upon him rather asking this question here. Consult only and only your lawyer who is better placed than us having your brief.
