Any submission possible in-between of 498a/406 dates?

498a/406 running from last three years. Getting dates of 03 months. If I obtain timely completion recommendations from High Court. Would it be possible to submit that recommendations in between of dates ? Or we need to wait for dates (03 months) to submit that recommendation in trial court ?

What is authority enjoyed by you for expecting recommendation from High Court Mr./Ms. Anonymous?
What do you intend to communicate ?
Your case is already stated to be pending in the Court for last 3 years, hence you must have engaged some able, competent and intelligent lawyer, what is his/her opinion and advise? If you have lost faith in your lawyer change him/her immediately.
What do you intend to seek second opinion and obligation of experts except the fact it is available FREE OF COST?
If you are still strong and there is some truth in your story you may consult another local prudent lawyer with relevant records of the case for better appreciation of facts and guidance.
Presumably it is a hypothetical examination hall question paper.

Respected Dr J C Vashista, I am sorry but you are misunderstanding me and situation. I am victim of gender biased law from adulterous wife. I am not a advocate. My lawyer got managed by opposition. I am asking questions to solve my severe problems. If you intend to help out needy helpless falsely accused victim to get justice, kindly share your expert opinion
