Dear sir/mam,

Hindu daughter how many year after claim in property after father death in 2005.
2nd thing if a man 1 son & 01 Daughter after death property goes to son after that son is Sale this property.
My question is daughter get property after sale .

No doubt Daughter is Legal Heir who holds the Rights. Both the Buyer and Seller could be in Soup if she approaches a Good Advocate

If the Property was sold before 12 years there are some chances of Defending it on Limitations Act

Daughter has equal right in the property of her father. You have to approach civil court and file civil suit for your share.

Yes,daughter and son have equal rights in the property belongs to their mother or father.Daughter should file suit for partition and claim her share in questioned property by impleading Purchaser as defendant .

Obtain LR Certificate from concerned / area Tehsildar/ SDM.
Daughter of deceased person along with other legal representatives have equal share in the property left behind intestate.
