I am in possession of 2 acres of land since last 45 years, present we have title for half acre, we are cultivating the land, how can i get tile over possessed land by adverse possession, what is the procedure.

Dear queriest, kept silent for 45 years? How do you possess that land by ancestral or self acquired? How can you get the title for half acre? how much extent of land are you cultivating. your query requires facts.

half acre is ancestral property, we are cultivating 2 acres from last 45 years.

Is it private or government land ?
A person in possession for 45 years can not be declared or become its owner.
Consult and engage a local prudent lawyer for better appreciation of facts and proceeding.

that is a government land assigned to someone, the assignee even do not know it is assigned to him, they did not entered in their lifetime, they never claimed title
