There is case pending I'm DRT van a bank issue notice under 13 4 in SARFACI. ACT

The principal borrower died and the bank has issued notice under 13(4) of SARFACI ACT to the guarantor for possession of a secured assets belongs to the guarantor the loan was issued under MSME scheme what are the limitations of the borrower.

You have raised a very vague question, when notice is said to have been issued to the guarantor, whereas you have asked question about limitations of the borrower.

All limitations of the borrower end with his death. Now think about the liability of guarantor, not the limitations of the borrower.

Question arises, in what way you are concerned with the problem of the borrower or the guarantor and what exactly you want to know?
