Regarding property transfer

(Querist) 29 July 2018 This query is : Resolved
Hi Team,
We have a land which was registered on my father name as 1st person and jointly with my grandfather ( mother's father) but my grandfather died and he has not paid the money while buying the land my father has given entire money. But as grandfather died without writing any note or any registration, please let us know how to sell that property or how to make that property on my mother's name.

Please do the needful.

Who all the heirs of the grandfather apart from your mother, your grandmother, maternal uncle, aunt they all have legal share in his part of that property. The share of grandfather in the property can be transferred in your mother's name if these other heirs give their NOC or make Relinquishment or Gift Deed in her favour for their part in the share of the decreased person in such property.

This query is repeat of the first posting herinabove, Please see my reply to it. I agree that transfer of your GF share in your mother's favor can be done by all your GF's heirs executing the documents as suggested by Shri Mahajan.
