Plz. Explain me any society charges of gifted deed to father to son bcoz. My society ask me 12000/ rupee to paid
Plz. give me suggestions abt tis question.

Ask your Society Management to inform you under what provision in the bye laws of the Society they are demanding the amount. If you are from Mumbai, I may state that the Society is not entitled to charge transfer fee for transfer of the flat to family member under the model bye laws.
