Rti (admitted re-open (ex parte order)

(Querist) 03 April 2018 This query is : Resolved
As the PIO did not provided the information upto 45 days and CPIO did not ordered PIO to provide information in 1st appeal also no reasons were given for not providing information. I had filled 2nd appeal against PIO and CPIO at Gujarat Information Commission and the GIC passed order that applicant is not satisfied and answer all queries to applicant.

After this order CPIO has misguided me for information and PIO given wrong and misguided information so, I sent complaint letter to GIC that misleading and false information provided after your order.

Now since three months of 2nd appeal no response received from GIC and when I see the RTI status at GIC website I see the status like "Admitted Re-open (Ex Parte Order)". Now what should I do further ? what is the meaning of Admitted Re-open (Ex Parte Order) in RTI matters ?

Can I file complaint under section 18 (1) if 2nd appeal already filled ? What is the time limit to file complaint after 2nd appeal ?

Please guide..

" Admitted Re-open (Ex Parte Order)".means your complaint letter has been admitted and your case has been reopened. You will receive an appointment for hearing in due time. You have to wait your turn.
