what is the applicable stamp duty on agreement of guarantee for rs 50 lakhs executed in the state of maharashtra.

The document need to be verified. The stamp duty is leviable as per the recitals of the deed. However if there are no mortgage conditions in that agreement of Guarantee, then the stamp duty is Rs.100/- only as applicable in Maharashtra.
